Surviving are her Husband, Harold Blackerby; Daughter, Anna Marie Blackerby; Sons, Alexander Mason Blackerby and Andrew Michael Blackerby; Sisters, Elizabeth Howard and Amanda Cox; Brother, Joey Howard; Mother, Rhonda Sims; Grandmothers, Nancy Davis and Elaine Howard.
She was preceded in death by her Father, James Franklin Howard, Jr.; Grandfathers, James Franklin Howard, Sr. and Robert Pelletier.

I am her sister's daughter (Elizabeth Howards daughter) My name is Madeline June Gingo and Emily (I call her mimi.) I was very close with her and when she died I was heartbroken. it still traumatizes me till this day. I think about her everyday. I miss her.
