Robert Van Forrester, 64, of Clanton, Alabama passed away January 25, 2026 at Grandview Medical Center in Birmingham, AL.
He was born March 18, 1961, in Sylacauga Alabama, son of the late James Robert “Bill” Forrester and the late Louise Forrester.
He retired as the Clanton/Prattville Business Office Manager for Alabama Power after working with the company for 42 years.
Surviving are his Wife, Diane Hayes Forrester; Daughters, Tara (Justin) Helfinstine, Casey (Camryn) Pairrett; Granddaughters, Maddi Pairrett, Lauren Pairrett, Chandler Pairrett; Grandsons, Adam Helfinstine, David Helfinstine; Sister, Tana Andrews.
He was preceded in death by his Father, James Robert "Bill" Forrester, Mother, Louise Forrester, Sister, Tara Forrester.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Helen Parrish Fund at First Methodist Church of Clanton, AL.
