Obituary:
Emma Lou Boyd was born in Vinice Hill, California on January 15, 1935 to Wilburn and Ethel Murphy. She grew up with her Sisters Brenda, Joy, and Brother David. She attended Visalia High School and later in life met and had a loving marriage with her husband, Lealen Boyd. She lived in Visalia and through her marriage she was blessed with three children; Daughters Debra, Cheryl and Son Dennis. Lealen unfortunately passing away in 1999. She will always be remembered not only as a kind and beautiful wife, mother, and friend but also a fantastic cook and excellent crafts maker, attending many events and craft shows selling her adorable items. She is a long time member of the Moose Lodge of Visalia and an enthusiastic and fun Bunco Player. She is preceded in death by her parents, Wilburn and Ethel Murphy, Husband Lealen Boyd, Son Dennis, and Daughter Debra. She is survived by her Daughter Cheryl McGee of Visalia, Sister Brenda Nagel of Visalia, Sister Joy King of Exeter, and Brother David Alves of Los Angeles and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
