Emma Mae Warren, a beloved wife, mother, nanny, and friend, passed away peacefully at her home, Wednesday, September 17, 2025, in Varnell, Georgia, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on April 3, 1955, in Dalton, Georgia, and lived a life marked by love, dedication, and service to those she cherished.

Emma is survived by her devoted husband, Richard Warren of Varnell, who stood faithfully by her side through life's many journeys. She leaves behind two daughters who will carry her spirit forward: Rachel Hoover of Varnell and Rebekah (James) Caldwell of Varnell.

She was a proud and loving grandmother to Kayla (Jennifer) Caldwell of Orlando, Florida; Douglas (Josh) Caldwell of Orlando, Florida; Patrick Owenby of Varnell; Gunner Moss of Varnell; Landon Hoover of Austin, Texas, Bailey Hoover and Kailey Hoover of Varnell. Emma also treasured her great-grandchildren, Emma Caldwell and Kayden Caldwell of Orlando, Florida, who will forever cherish her love.

Emma is also survived by her sisters and brothers, Brenda Towers of Ringgold, Gary (Frances) Miolen of Villanow, Deborah (Edward) Duckworth of Rocky Face, Patricia Franklin of Tunnel Hill, Joshua Phillips of Tunnel Hill, Mary (Donny) Dunn of Cohutta, and Priscilla Phillips of Ringgold. She leaves behind many nieces and nephews who adored her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Eula Francis Phillips and Lee Morris Phillips, Sr.; her brothers, Alan Black, Lee Morris Phillips, Jr., and David Black; and her sister, Betty Barton.

Emma Mae Warren will always be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and devotion to her family. Her legacy of love will live on in the hearts of her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and all who were blessed to know her. She will be dearly missed but never forgotten.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, September 20, 2025, from 11:00 AM until the service hour of 4:00 PM.
