With deep sadness and enduring love, we announce the passing of Eric Allen Fisher, beloved son, twin brother, grandson, uncle, and friend. Eric passed away on June 13, 2025, just weeks before his 39th birthday.
Born on July 6, 1986, in Dallas, Texas, Eric was the treasured son of Doreen Fisher of North Richland Hills, TX, and Jeff Fisher of Auburn, MI. He was the devoted twin brother of Kyle Fisher, with whom he shared a lifelong bond of laughter, loyalty, and unbreakable connection.
Growing up, Eric was a gifted athlete who poured his heart into sports, especially hockey, which took him across the country and brought him countless memories and friendships. Later in life, his competitive spirit and love for the outdoors continued through golf, a game he enjoyed deeply.
Eric graduated from Poteet High School in Mesquite, Texas, in 2005, where he was a proud recipient of the Lighthouse Award multiple years—an honor that reflected his leadership, kindness, and character.
He was most recently the assistant manager at Kwik Kar in Keller, a job he loved and took great pride in. Eric formed strong bonds with his coworkers, and his commitment and sense of humor made him a cherished part of the team.
Eric is survived by his parents, Jeff Fisher and Doreen Fisher; his twin brother, Kyle Fisher; his sister-in-law, Samantha Fisher, and beloved nephew, Connor Fisher; and his grandmother, Julia Lovvorn of Decatur, AL. He also leaves behind his best friend Joe Kerby, and many dear aunts, uncles, cousins, and lifelong friends who will always remember his warmth, loyalty, and unmistakable presence.
Eric lived a life of quiet strength, compassion, and fierce love for those closest to him. His memory will live on in every story told, every shared laugh, and every heart he touched.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, July 18, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., at Lucas Funeral Home, 1321 Precinct Line Road, Hurst TX 76053 followed by a light luncheon.
