Our beloved Heather LeeAnn Murphy Huddleston age 41, of Fate TX left us with her love and strength on February 14, 2025, National Organ Donor Day. Heather was a cherished wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend to so many.
Heather was born April 29, 1983, in Dallas, TX as a beloved fraternal twin to Holly Elizabeth. She was raised in Mesquite, TX by Phyllis Ann Enriquez Cash, Stepfather Mark Cash, father, Michael Murphy, and Stepmother Susan Murphy. She graduated from Poteet High School in 2001.
On September 23, 2005, Heather married the love of her life and soulmate, Cody James Huddleston. Together they built a life filled with fun, laughter, unconditional love, and strength to overcome any challenge that came their way. Their unconditional love continued with the birth of their sons, Jackson, Parker, and Jett.
Heather was well known around the Rockwall/Fate community as a photographer of family photos for 15 years, she was a Teacher's Aide for Sharon Shannon Elementary and Lupe Garcia Elementary, later becoming a Register. She had so much love and compassion working with the students and staff.
She is preceded in death by Grandmothers Emma Lee Ritchie, and Mary Beth Grayson, Grandfather Alan Murphy and Step-Grandfather Kenneth Grayson, and her Uncle Glenn Murphy.
Heather is survived by her Husband, Cody James Huddleston, Sons, Jackson James Huddleston, Parker David Huddleston, and Jett Travis Huddleston, Grandfather Jim Ritchie, Mother, Phyllis Ann Cash, Stepfather Mark Cash, Father, Michael Murphy and Stepmother Susan Murphy, Sister Holly Kirby, and brother-in-law Kirk Kirby. Sister Hailey Murphy and brother-in-law Ray Murphy and Sister Carson Murphy. Bonus and beloved siblings Mark Cash, Jr., Conner Cash, Megan Morris, Derrick Shifflett, Jeremy Shifflett, and Ross Shifflett. She is also survived by many cherished Nieces and Nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at Rest Haven Funeral Home & Memorial Park located at 2500 TX 66,
Rockwall, Texas 75087. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th from 6-8pm, and services will be held on Tuesday, the 25th of February at 10am, Interment to follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park.
