Davis, CA - Eric Mann Eric Mann,73, of Davis, Ca. died of complications from colitis. Eric was born in Brownsville, Texas, on November 14, 1952. As valedictorian of Los Fresnos (Texas) High School class of 1971, he gave his speech both in English and Spanish. Eric attended Southwest Texas State University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. After working as a flight attendant for TWA for several years, Eric got his Master's from Southwest Texas State University, and his PhD from The University of Texas at Austin. He is survived by his brother and sister, Fred Mann and Vickie Mann Bolling. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frederick Mann and Winnifred Knox Mann.
