Eric James Murray was born September 10, 1951, to the late Catherine (Bridgett) Murray and Charles Murray Sr. He was a member of St. Rose De Lima Catholic Church in Bay St. Louis, Ms. Eric attended Valena C. Jones up through the 9th grade. He later attended Job Corps in Kentucky where he graduated, receiving his G.E.D and his certification in welding. At the age of 17, He began working at Ingalls Shipyard in Pascagoula, Ms. as a welder where he retired after being employed for more than 20 years.
After retirement, to pass time, he would work various jobs in carpentry utilizing the skills taught to him by his dad. Eric was an amazing son, a great brother, an awesome dad, and the best uncle that anyone could ask for. In addition, Eric was also a loyal friend. Eric departed this world on March 10, 2025, at the age of 73.
He is preceded in death by his parents Charles and Catherine (Bridgett) Murray Sr. Sibling. 1 Brother, Charles Murray and 2 Sisters, Quinn Sauicer and Leonardine Murray.
He leaves to cherish his memory; Two daughters, Robin Galloway and Rachael Murray. Two sons; Eric Stennis and Dominic James Murray. His brothers; Fredrick Murray and Randy Saucier. Five sisters; Diane (Ben) Smith, Juliette Murray, Sandra Murray, Tracy Hutchinson and Jeannie Mae Saucier. 3 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
