Back in 2001, I had the pleasure of meeting Eric in our business math class. We learned that we would be working in the hospital kitchen with each other. Little did I know that Eric would be training me. I learned so much from him. He was knowledgeable, hilarious, and friendly. We quickly became friends and regularly hung out nearly every weekend. I have a tremendous memory bank filled with countless funny and amusing times. He made your work day feel like you were passing the time so fast. I can thank him for filling the garbage cans with water from the loading dock hose, throwing food at me in the dishroom, scolding me for being too slow at "breaking down" the food trays, and teaching me to work smarter, not harder. He will always be remembered for his infectious laugh, genuine character, and laughing until you cried. Sending my deepest condolences to Eric's family and friends. We all lost the kindest soul far too soon. Rest peacefully. It was an honor to be your friend.

My deepest condolences to the family and friends that have been impacted by the loss of Eric. I worked alongside Eric years ago at the hospital. His patience, kindness and eagerness to help others is what I remember most... AND he was also the fastest person to throw together a dinner tray! Having him around made going to work a good time. I´m so sorry for the loss.

My heartfelt condolences to the Roussos family during this difficult time. Eric was a remarkable individual-genuine, warm, and a true friend. I feel truly fortunate to have known him and to have had the pleasure of working alongside him. His presence will be deeply missed and fondly remembered. Rest in peace, my friend.
