Eric Sanchez Obituary
A beloved son, brother, fiancé, uncle, nino, cousin, and friend, was called by our Dear Lord on April 3, 2025. Eric is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Willie and Floraida Sanchez, maternal grandparents O.G. Andy Vigil and Angie Vigil, Uncle Billy Sanchez, Aunt Betty Sanchez, Uncle Manuel Sanchez, Aunt Esther Sanchez, Uncle Andy Vigil, Nino Wayne Gallegos, and Ryan Rael. Eric is survived by his parents David and Valerie Sanchez, brother Gilbert (Gill) Sanchez, sister Jolene Wright, and the love of his life Esperanza (Espi) Ward, Stepson Matthew Lucero, cherished Aunt (Nina) Geraldine Gallegos, Uncle Emilio Sanchez (Marie), Aunt Teresa Lucero (Wilfred), Aunt Gerldine Gallegos (Bernie) Nino Andrew and Orlinda Trujillo, Godson Abel Segura, and many other family and friends. Eric loved the outdoors, camping, fishing, and hunting. He was kindhearted, loving, and always willing to help everyone. Eric was a great cook, always willing to help his Momma with dinner. Eric's passing has left a heartbreaking void in our hearts, but his memory will live on forever. A rosary was held on Friday April 11, 2025, at 7PM at San Francisco de Asís Catholic Church. A funeral mass was on held on Saturday April 12, 2025, at 1PM at the San Francisco de Asís Catholic Church. Arrangements by Rivera Family Funeral Home.
