Eric L. Schultz, born 7/3/1959, passed away peacefully on his birthday, 7/3/24. Leading up to his passing he was surrounded by family and friends, who shared many laughs and tears.
Eric was predeceased by his son Eric Jr, his parents Fred and Bernadine, his brothers Eddie and Fred Jr. (Buzzy) and his sister Rosemary (Butchie). He is survived by his former wife Kathy and their daughters Michele (Jeremy) and Nicole (Bob), his former wife Carole and their sons Joseph (Kristin), Ryan (Courtney), and Tyler (Emily), his brothers Ray and Gary, and his sisters Janet, Yvonne (Bonnie), and Cheri. Eric is also survived by his beautiful grandchildren Elliot, Lila, Anna, Grayson, River, Claire, Ivey, Logan, and Micah.
Eric was a kind and loving man that touched the hearts of many. He always met adversity with love and laughter. He was an avid Buffalo Bills fan and, most importantly, a wonderful father, grandfather, brother, husband, Uncle, and friend.
There will be calling hours on 7/11 from 3pm - 6pm at Farrell Ryan funeral home. Flowers can be sent to the funeral home or donations can be made to March of Dimes in his name.
We will be having a celebration of life on 7/12 from 2-8 at Greece Canal Park (Towpath shelter). Everyone is welcome and food will be provided.
