Eric was born on March 15, 1988, to Glen and Darlene Stevens in Alpena, Michigan. Eric was a talented man with skills in writing and he was very artistic. He was loved by many for his kind heart and willingness to help others. Eric enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, snowboarding, and going for nature walks were a few of his favorites. Eric wasn't afraid of hard work. He has had many jobs as a laborer and always gave it his all. Eric recently landed a job at DPI that he was very excited about, he was looking forward to excelling as he learned more. Eric was very well liked at work.
He is survived by his parents, Glen and Darlene Stevens, two sisters, Sarah Stevens and April Straley, girlfriend Kelli Smith, a very special nephew, Levi and a precious new niece Cami. Eric had a special relationship with his loved ones especially his nephew Levi. He will forever be missed.
A celebration of life will be planned at a later date. Arrangements are being handled by McWilliams Funeral Home. Family has requested please hesitate to send flowers, memorial contributions to help offset funeral expenses would be much appreciated.
