Eric Swain Obituary
Eric James Swain, 44, of Jewett City, CT and formerly of Southington, CT, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, August 31, 2024.
Eric was born in New Britain, CT on June 13, 1980. He attended Southington schools and graduated from Southington High School, Class of 1998. Eric worked as a spring manufacturer and truly enjoyed his work. He had a big personality and an even bigger heart. He loved to work on cars, ride his motorcycle, play golf and garden but his favorite thing to do was fish with his son, Ryan.
Eric is survived by his wife Ashley Cyr and their son, Ryan Swain. He was recently predeceased by his son, Zachary E. Swain. He is also survived by his father, James Swain and Barbara Shanly of Southington, siblings, Jillian Carroll and her husband Martin, Jamie Urciuoli and her husband Eric and Brian Carroll, stepdaughter, Audrey Cyr and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. In addition to his son Zach, he was predeceased by his mother, Beth Morris.
