Erica Lawley Obituary
Erica Nicole Lawley was born April 20, 1993 in Birmingham, Alabama to Kimberly Ann and the late James Dennis Lawley. On September 26, 2025, at the young age of 32 years, she passed from this life far to soon. She leaves behind her husband, William Daniel Hayes; two loving daughters, Haydan and Allie Jones; mother & step father, Kim and Brian Dabbs; brother, James Zachary Lawley ( Anna Glaze); step brother, Daniel Dabbs; step sister, Rachel Lynn (Paul); mother in law; Kathy Davis "Momma Kat"; sister on law, Katrina Hale; and her beloved dogs and best friends, Zella & Tank.
Erica is predeceased by her father, James Dennis Lawley; grandparents, Elaine Rollins, Dean and Leonard Lawley and John & Sharon Looney
Erica worked for many years in the automobile manufacturing industry and was very knowledgeable about the mechanics of automobiles. She enjoyed arts & crafts, Auburn football, Panda bears and Peacocks, plants, flowers and fishing; but one of her greatest joys was watching her daughter play softball.
A Celebration of Life Memorial service will be held Sunday, October 12, 2025, at Crossroads Baptist Church, 744 Dee Hendrix Road, Bessemer, Al 35023, beginning at at 4:00 PM
