Erik Hamby, 45, passed away on September 16, 2025. Born in Las Vegas, NV Erik spent his childhood in Henderson, NV. Erik grew up with a love of baseball and a passion for collecting cards and autographs that he shared with his grandmother, Terry as they attended industry shows together. What started as a childhood hobby, later became a business. A lifelong fan of the San Diego Padres, his love of the game was a constant throughout his life.

After high school, he moved to Seattle, WA, to attend college, where he embraced the Pacific Northwest music scene and became a devoted Pearl Jam fan, attending dozens of their concerts throughout his life.

Erik was a devoted father, son and grandson, spending time with his grandmother and taking her to appointments and Bingo. His greatest joy in life was his daughter Emilee, whom he lovingly raised as a single father. They shared an unbreakable bond, a wonderful sense of humor, and a love of the outdoors that reflected his warm and caring spirit.

Erik is survived by his daughter, Emilee; his mother, Loretta Brodeur; his father, Dennis Hamby; and an extended family of Aunts, Uncles and cousins.

Erik will be remembered for his kindness, humor, devotion to family, and the love he gave so freely to those around him.

A memorial service celebrating his life will be held on November 15, 2025 at Davis Memorial Park on Eastern Ave from 5:30 -7:00 pm. Wear your favorite sports apparel.
