Erik D. Williams, 29, of Coudersport, found rest in the arms of God on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at UPMC Cole, Coudersport.
Erik was born on October 8, 1994, in Philadelphia, the son of Damon M. Williams of Coudersport; and Un Yong Hong of Dover, DE.
Erik enjoyed dining out with family and friends, going for walks, watching comedy movies and TV shows, and quoting lines from them to anybody around him. His favorite was Seinfeld. He was very outgoing and wasn't shy about sharing movie phrases with strangers at the store. He also loved singing and skipping around the house to music. His favorite music was classic 60s and 70s rock music, especially the Rolling Stones. During the week, Erik spent his time at the Dickinson Center Adult Development Program where he was well loved by the staff. We will miss his beautiful smile, his singing, his love for food, and his happy spirit.
In addition to his father and mother, Erik is survived by a sister, Cheyenne Williams of Coudersport; a brother, Damon "Nico" Williams of Coudersport; and a stepmother, Novelyn Williams of Coudersport.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects, Saturday, September 14, 2024, from 10-11:00 am at the Thomas E. Fickinger Funeral Home, 210 N. East St., Coudersport. A celebration of Erik's life will follow at 11 am with Pastor John Minor officiating. The family suggest memorial contributions in Erik's name be made to the Adult Development Program at the Dickinson Center, Coudersport, Financial Department, 43 Servidea Dr., Ridgeway, PA 19853.
