Erin Christian Pecotte, 56, was born at St. Luke’s Hospital, Marquette, on April 29,1969. Erin peacefully passed away at Grand Traverse Pavilions, Traverse City where he had resided for nearly two years. His mother was at his side.
Prior to that Erin resided at Springridge residential group home in Boyne City for 32 years making the staff and residents part of his family. He enjoyed attending North Country Enrichment Center during that time.
Erin is survived by his mother, Jamie Mulligan of Petoskey; brother Jay Pecotte of Orlando, FL; sister-in-law Norma Pecotte of Orlando, FL; aunt MaryJo Mulligan-Kehoe of Williamsburg, VA; aunt Linda Meldrum of Marquette and numerous cousins; special people in his life Paul Grant, Marquette; “Aunt” Janet Cheatham of Bloomfield Village and “Aunt” MaryKay Wood of Marquette.
The family would like to thank the outstanding staff at Grand Traverse Pavilions (Cherry Pavilion) for their excellent care and kindness to Erin. As well, Hospice of Michigan. Erin’s ashes will be spread at a later date.
