Arlan and Erma bought a home in Bonham, Texas in 2010. They made many friends and enjoyed getting together with them throughout the years. They enjoyed flea markets. Erma loved elderly people and children. She was a beacon of unconditional love and was a devoted sister and aunt.
She was a person of remarkable wit and humor, capable of bringing laughter and joy to every gathering. This playful spirit was balanced by a keen intelligence and strategic business acumen. Her philanthropic nature and profound kindness touched many lives. Her legacy is one of generosity and warmth, and her absence will be felt more deeply than words can convey.
Her family was the recipient of her boundless affection and unwavering support, particularly her nephews and nieces, whose education she valued above all.
She is survived by her husband, Arlan McIntosh; sisters, Catherine Montecillo Cheung and husband Jackson Cheung, Lorraine Montecillo Lee and husband Elvis Lee, Flora Montecillo and husband Kenneth Wayne Paul; six nephews and nieces; Dr. Jacqueline Patricia Cheung, Atty. Luis Lorenzo Cheung, Angela Concessa Cheung, Atty. Bryan Vince Lee and wife Atty. Mia Crisanta Lee, Child: Bryanna Christine Lee, Atty. Barry Vince Lee and wife Em Maree Lee, Child: Ezekiel Laurence Lee, Atty. Bea Veronica Lee and husband Atty. Vicente Fernandez III; and an extended family and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 2:00PM at Mullican Little Funeral Home 754 State Hwy 56 East; Bells, Texas 75414. This service is for family members and close friends only.
