Ernest Hausmann Obituary
Born July 12, 1941 in Norristown, he was the son of the late Ernest and Ethel (Powell) Hausmann.
Fred was a proud veteran of the United States Army and was employed with Laminar Flow, Ivyland, for 50 years, retiring as General Manager in 2019. He was a longtime, dedicated member of Family Worship Center, Lansdale. A skilled organist and bass player, Fred was also a longtime member of Traces Band.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Pamela Vorhauer (Carl) of Quakertown, Cindy Stecher-Miller of Pennsburg, Alma of Florida, David Hausmann (Elysa) of Texas, Sharon Hausmann (Juan Martinez) of West Norriton, Philip Wimmer of Hatfield, Andrew Wimmer (Amanda) of Florida, and Eric Wimmer (Jillianne) of Hatfield; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Relatives and friends may call after 9:30 a.m. Thursday, February 5, 2026 at Family Worship Center, 1000 Troxel Road, Lansdale, followed by the Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Souderton. Arrangements are by the Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, Lansdale.

Ernest, you stand relieved from your post. A job well done fellow veteran. America thanks you for your service to our country in the defense of freedom. The final volley has sounded and taps is about to begin, ending a successful career as a nation´s defender. Farewell fellow veteran.
