Ernest Herron Obituary
Ernest W. Herron, passed away on January 4, 2025, at the age of 75.
Born on June 21, 1949, he was a son of Clyde and Margaret Voyles Herron.
Ernest found joy in spending his time hunting and fishing, as well as playing a round of golf or two. Above all, Ernest treasured being Papa Ernie to his beloved grandchildren.
Ernest is survived by his two sons Shon (Lori) Herron of Six Mile, and Clay (Elise) Herron of Liberty; grandchildren John (Grace), Alex, Luke, Carter and Aubrey Herron; great-grandchild Ivy Herron; and his two sisters Rita Belcher of Boiling Springs, and Wanda Hilley of Jacksonville, FL.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers Jerry and J.D. Herron.
A memorial service in honor of Ernest will be held on January 8, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Duckett - Robinson Funeral Home in Central, South Carolina
