Ernie William "Snuffy" Olson, age 76, of Adkins, Texas, passed away on January 1, 2026, at the intersection of State Highway 123 and Navarro Ranch Rd, Texas.

Ernie attended two local churches and valued his faith and community.

Ernie is survived by his sister, Ramona Fresnillo of Greeley, Colorado; three nephews, Ronald West, Russell West, and Randy Long; and two nieces, Kasey Schmidt and Stacey Dow.

Ernie was preceded in death by his father, Ernest W. Olson; mother Lorraine Langie; brother Lance Langie and his sister Vella Dow.

Ernie was a great friend of mine. We shared stories, mostly his stories of many interesting things. He enjoyed and loved singing. Stayed in shape by working out 3 to 4 days a week at a gym. At one time he owned his own workout gym. Always working at his Ranch. He enjoyed hosting at his beautiful house, Karaoke was one of his passion and had a great sound system at his house for all to enjoy. Ernie is a big loss to people that loved him. He is missed and will be missed forever. Rest in Peace my good and best friend. Won't be the same without you, never will be!
