We are sad to hear of Mr. Bell's passing and will miss him. He was a longtime dedicated volunteer with the Paralyzed Veterans of America Mid-South Chapter and at the Memphis VA Hospital. Mr. Bell's kindness and positivity impacted everyone he met.
