Ervin DeFee, 78, of Grove Hill, passed away on March 16, 2025. He was born on December 23, 1946, to parents L.J. and Gertrude Nichols DeFee. Ervin was a professional truck driver, hauling anything from logs to dirt and gravel. He enjoyed the outdoors hunting and fishing.
Preceded in death by his parents, sister Bonnie Shevecheck.
Survived by his wife of 39 years Kathryn Overton DeFee, sons Daniel DeFee and Mike Talley, step children Lynn Kinnman, Perry Branton, and Roger Branton, extended family and loving friends.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at Berea Church of Christ Cemetery in Lapine, Alabama.
