Esther Louise Fox

Born in Belmont, NC, November 17, 1927. Married in June, 1943 to the late Dr. Jack H. Fox. They were married for 78 years. She went home to Heaven May 6, 2025.
For the past 7 years she lived with her daughter in Dallas, NC and attended Restoring Hope Foursquare Church.
She is survived by 2 children, Mary (Bunnie) L. Fox, and Jack G. Fox (Joy); 2 granddaughters, Jacquelynn J. Herrin (Alan), and Michelle Sherman (Dane); 4 great-grandchildren, Taylor Carroll (Tim), Haley Halsey (Matt), Camryn Pearson, and Jenica Sherman; 2 great-great-grandchildren, Blakely Carroll, and Aiden Carroll; sister-in-law, Becky Miller (Benny) of Florida; and several nieces left to cherish her memories.
Graduate of Life Bible College in Los Angeles, CA in 1954. She was an ordained minister. She earned a doctorate degree and bachelor degree in Bible studies. She and her late husband pastored numerous churches throughout the Southeast District.
In addition to her husband, Louise was preceded in death by her parents, JJ and Edna Mae Burnette; brothers, Lee Burnette, and James Burnette; and sisters, Mary Phillips and Francis Hendricks.
A funeral service will be held 1:00 pm, Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at Restoring Hope Foursquare Church - 1026 Dallas Stanley Hwy, Dallas, NC 28034. Family will receive friends 11:30 am-1:00 pm, prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow the service at Gaston Memorial Park, Gastonia.
