Esther Mendiola, born May 8, 1939 in Mexico, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, August 8, 2024 in Laredo, TX at the age of 85.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Jose Mendiola and Elisa Gonzalez, husband: Arnulfo Flores, sisters: Hilda M Ramos and Yolanda M Villanueva.
Left behind to cherish her memory is her son: Oscar R. Flores and his wife, Sylvia Esther Flores de Chapa, grandchildren: Oscar Rene Flores Chapa, Ricardo Rene Flores Chapa, Shirley Flores Chapa, Osvaldo Rene Flores Chapa, brother: Jose Mendiola, and sister: Socorro M. Perez.
The family will receive condolences on Sunday, August 11, 2024, from 5 to 9 pm at Hillside Funerals & Cremations, where a Rosary will held at 7 pm.
The funeral procession will depart the chapel at 8:30 am on Monday, August 12, 2024, to San Martin de Porres Catholic Church, where a Mass will be celebrated at 9 am.
Rite of Committal and Interment will follow to the City of Laredo Cemetery.
