Ester Marie Beaston, Fields-Stone, age 94, of Ralston, Oklahoma passed away on Saturday, February 14, 2026. Our Mother was our Rock in all ups and downs.
She was an excellent Seamstress, Homemaker, and Provider for our family. She could drive from Oklahoma and Arizona blind folded. She worked for Goodyear Aerospace in Goodyear, Arizona. She was one of the group to build the capsule returning from Space in 1962. She worked at Munsingwear in Hominy for four years. She moved to Sand Springs in 1972 and lived at the Widow's Colony.
She married Leon Eddie Stone in 1973. They were happily married for 17 years. In 1989 she moved back to Ralston, residing with her parents until she built her present residence.
Ester was preceded in death by husband Leon Eddie Stone; her parents, Charlie and Ethel Beaston; sisters and brothers, Stella Whitecotton (Ryder), Harmon Beaston (Frankie), John Beaston (Mary Jo), Ed Beaston (Barbara), Charlie John Beaston II (Janet), Sam Beaston (Helen), Dan Beaston (Sue Ella), Minnie Maud Vinson (Clayton) and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
She leaves behind to treasure her memory children Jacquelene Manley (Terry), Rosalene Culver (Dennis), Sharlene Cowan (James), Connie Jo Fields, and Lloyd L. Fields (Mary Ann). Ten grandchildren Kenneth Manley, Jennette Thorton, Ray Culver, Branden Culver, Jennifer Baker, J.R. Cowan, Angela Edwards, Buddy Fields, Tabitha Wheat, Kylie Bently, 20 great grandchildren, and 12 great great grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be 1p.m. Friday, February 20 at the Assembly of God Church in Fairfax with Pastor Jay Clapp officiating. Burial will follow in the Riverside Cemetery, south of Ralston. Viewing will be on Thursday, Feb. 19 from 3p.m. to 7p.m. at the Hunsaker Wooten Funeral Chapel.
