Cyndee Stone

Cyndee Tan Stone, age 58, of Scottsdale, Arizona, passed away on February 13, 2026, after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.

She was born in the Bukit Timah area of Singapore and is survived by her mother, Irene Tay, and her sister, Kellyn Tan, both of Singapore, as well as beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Cyndee was married for 18 years and shared 20 extraordinary years of love and partnership with her husband, Gary.

She will be remembered for her remarkable spirit, radiant smile, selflessness, compassion, and her unwavering devotion to family and friends. Her philanthropic work and steadfast commitment to supporting those in need defined her life's purpose and will continue to inspire all who knew her.

In 2005, Cyndee's life took an unexpected and beautiful turn when she met Gary during a cruise in the Caribbean, just one week after Hurricane Katrina struck New Orleans. That chance encounter blossomed into a two decade journey filled with love, adventure, and shared meaning.

Together, they built a life that began in Denver and ultimately brought them to Scottsdale. Along the way, they traveled to all seven continents-30 countries in all-formed enduring friendships around the world, and nurtured a deep appreciation for exceptional food, wine, and culture. Their families blended naturally and joyfully, strengthening the foundation of the life they created.

Cyndee touched countless lives with her generosity, kindness, and luminous personality. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Gone but never forgotten-loved Always and Forever.

Funeral services will be held in Singapore on March 6 at 8:00 p.m. at the Singapore Life Church.
