Ethel St. Pierre Ledet

Ethel St. Pierre Ledet passed away on January 30, 2025, at Fidelis Care III. She was 96 years old.

She is survived by her 3 grandchildren, Laura Mayes (Jeff of Austin, Texas, Whitney Paul Ledet of Prairieville, Louisiana, and Philip Joseph Ledet (Nichole) of Missouri City, Texas; her daughter-in-law, Barbara Ledet of Prairieville, Louisiana; 3 great-grandchildren, Kaylee Baucum of Denver, Colorado, Payton Ledet of Provencal, Louisiana, and Brynlee Ledet of Missouri City, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 73 years, Whitney Joseph Ledet, Jr.; her son, Whitney Joseph Ledet III; her parents, Clemille St. Pierre and Elizabeth Meyer St. Pierre and her 5 siblings.

We would like to thank everyone at Fidelis Care III and Hospice of Baton Rouge for taking care of her.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway in Baton Rouge on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. A Visitation will be held at the funeral home beginning at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory. 

Pallbearers will be Laura Mayes, Whitney Paul Ledet, Philip Ledet, Eddie Derouen, Perry Derouen, and Corey Molinere.
