Ethel Ward Obituary
Born January 20, 1927, in Easton, PA, she was a daughter of the late Cletus and Ethel B. (Knerr) Lightcap.
Her husband, Robert Ward, passed away September 10, 1980.
Ethel retired as a telephone operator from the former Easton Hospital where she worked for over 20 years.
She enjoyed reading and trips to Atlantic City.
Ethel was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Easton.
She is survived by a cousin, Beverly Waldron, of Cape May, NJ and a special friend, Barbara Woodruff, of Williams Township, PA.
Private graveside services will be held in Northampton Memorial Shrine under the direction of the Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., Easton.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
