Catherine M. Keiter

Catherine M. Keiter, 75, of Williams Township, passed away peacefully Thursday, March 5, 2026, in County of Northampton-Gracedale.

Born November 23, 1950, in Easton, PA, she was a daughter of the late Epifanio and Lillian M. (Roberts) Cutrona.

She and her husband, James A. Keiter, Jr., celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary on November 22, 2025.

Cathy graduated from Easton Area High School, Class of 1968.

She retired as an executive housekeeper from Holiday Inn Express working 30 years in the hotel business.

Cathy enjoyed word search, puzzle books, and reading.

In addition to her husband, Jim, she is survived by four daughters, Tina Pokojni, of Saylorsburg, Shelly Pokojni, of Stroudsburg, Hollie Keiter, of Whitehall, and Erica Jenschke, of Breinigsville, five grandchildren, Samantha Carraghan, Dylan Betts, Nicolaus Bower, Katie Lynn Leap and Kyle Jenschke; three great-grandchildren, Makenzie and Ethan Fisher, and Joseph Ciardullo; two brothers, Ebby Cutrona, of Plainfield Township, and Joseph Cutrona, of New Ringgold; a sister, Linda Roseberry, of Palmer Township; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Rosemary "Rosie" Cutrona.

Services will be held at 10:30am Friday, March 13th, in the Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., 602 W. Berwick Street, Easton. Call Friday 9:30-10:30am in the funeral home. Interment will be in Cedar Hill Memorial Park. Offer online condolences at www.strunkfh.com.
