William L. Frank Jr.

William L. Frank, Jr., 94, of Williams Township, PA, passed away Friday, January 2, 2026, in The Birches of Lehigh Valley, Bethlehem Township, surrounded by his loving family.
Born October 28, 1931, in Easton, PA, he was a son of the late William L. Frank, Sr. and Mary (Washburn) Frank.
His beloved wife of 71 years, Ruth (Walters) Frank, passed away April 11, 2025.
He graduated from Wilson High School, Class of 1949.
Bill retired in 1993 from the former Mack Printing Company, where he worked for 43 years. Years ago, he worked part-time for the former Easton Express.
He had been an active member of the former St. Paul's Lutheran Church where he was honored as a St. Paul's Saint and volunteered at the food pantry.
Bill was also a member and formerly served on the board of East Penn Late Great Chevy Club and Antique Car Club. He was a life member of Citizens Hose Company where he played in the quoit league, West Easton Athletic Association, Safety First Volunteer Fire Company and the former Order of Fleas.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle. Bill enjoyed planting and tending a large garden every year, attending car shows, woodworking, hunting, and vacations with his wife first in Atlantic City and more recently in Myrtle Beach.
Surviving is a son, Bill Frank and his wife Cynthia, of Williams Township; a daughter, Brenda Parenti, of Wilson Borough; a brother, Gary E. Frank, of Arizona; a sister, Florence May Serfass, of Wilson Borough; four grandchildren, Andrew Frank, Ashley Catucci and her husband Jonathan, Jennifer and Jessica Parenti; five great-grandchildren, Luca and Nico Catucci, Lilyan, Jayson and Zayden Parenti, nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife, Ruth, he was predeceased by four brothers, Frederick, Richard, Robert and James Frank and a sister, Barbara Frank.
Services will be held at 11am Thursday, January 8th in the Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., 602 W. Berwick Street, Easton. Call Thursday 10-11am in the funeral home. Interment will be in Hay's Cemetery. Offer online condolences at www.strunkfh.com
