Neil Allen Frank

Neil Allen Frank of Norton entered Eternal Rest on March 9th, 2026 at the age of 81. Beloved husband of Naomi (Schatz) Frank. Devoted father and father-in-law of Scott Spencer Frank and his wife Danielle, loving grandfather to Brynn. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Rena Weiner and Lenny, devoted brother in law to Elaine and Bernie Stone, and the late Arthur Schatz and Nancy.

Loving Uncle of Ileen Wright and Michael, Gary Stone and Heidi, Lee and John, Jonathan Schatz and Daisy, George Tubin and Lisa, Michael Tubin and Suzanne, Heidi and Patrick, and many great nieces and nephews.

Neil was born in Dorchester MA to the late Ida and Frederick Frank, a WWII veteran. He graduated from Boston English High School, and then Boston University. He was a social studies teacher at Bridgewater Raynham Regional High School for decades and loved growing and inspiring his students. Neil also graduated from the US Army ROTC program, commissioned as an Armor and intelligence officer, served in Vietnam, and retired as a reserve Lieutenant Colonel in 1995.

Services at Goldman Funeral Chapel 174 Ferry Street (off Route 60), Malden, on Sunday March 15th at Noon. Interment to follow at New Tifereth Israel Memorial Park in Everett. Shiva will be held at his late residence following services until 7:00 PM and continuing on Monday from 3:00-7:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, remembrances in his memory made be made to the The Parkinson's Foundation at www.parkinson.org
