Etta was born on March 30, 1949 and passed away on Friday, February 26, 2016. Etta was a resident of Panhandle, Texas at the time of her passing. She graduated at Adrian High School in 1967. She was married to Neal. A memorial service will be at1:00 pm Tuesday March 1st at First United Methodist Church in Panhandle. There will be a visitation with the family at Minton Chatwell funeral Directors in Panhandle Monday evening from 5 to 7. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be to First United Methodist Church P.O. Box 549 Panhandle TX 79068 or the National Sclerosis Society 3610 22nd St.
