Eugene Frank Blanski

Blanski, Eugene (Gene) Frank age 90 of Golden Valley, peacefully went to the Lord on May 7, 2022. His passing was with bravery, grace and dignity after a short run with cancer. Preceded in death by his loving wife, June of 66 years; father and mother Frank and Eleanor (Bona) Blanski; and brother, Gerald Blanski. He is survived by children, Linda (John) Zechmann, Sharon (Tim) McLaughlin, Chuck (Carol), Tom (Vilma), Tim (Lisa Catton), Bill (Nancy), Cathye (Brian) Edwards. Papa will also be remembered by his 19 grandchildren, 31 great- grandchildren, and numerous friends and family. Gene's love of God and generosity were the drive behind his lifetime of service to family, neighbors, his church, and the Optimist Club.
