Eugene "Gene" Bonett, 84, of Palm, passed away peacefully on August 22, 2025. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Herman R. and Erma J. (Cardellino) Bonett. He is survived by his loving wife Natalie J. (Mickles) Bonett. Gene was a proud member of the United States Marine Corp. He attended Pierce Junior College, where he earned his associate's degree. Gene worked in the IT department of various companies in the Apparel Industry and later he became the owner of Xperia; a software company specializing in ERP solutions for the Apparel and Footwear Industries.

Gene had a personality that was larger than life itself and many were drawn to his humor, kindness and warm-hearted nature. He always had a story to tell and could easily strike up a conversation with anyone. He enjoyed golfing, deep-sea fishing, history, politics, reading, going to the casinos, traveling with his wife, Natalie, and spending time with his family. He was never prouder and happier as he was when his granddaughters were born. They brought him so much joy and happiness. He will be so missed by not only his family but many friends that he has collected along the way.

Along with his wife Natalie, he is survived by his daughters: Gina Bauer, wife of David, Joanna, wife of Carl Obermeier; grandchildren: Demery Alexis, and Taylor Elizabeth; siblings: Donald, Eleanor, John, and Ronald; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. He was predeceased by his siblings: Herman, Edward, and Joan.

Family and Friends are invited to a viewing Thursday, August 28, 2025 at 10:30 am at Falk Funeral Homes, 163 Main St. Pennsburg, PA 18073. The service will follow at 11:30am.
