Eugene Bradley Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Pruitt & Pruitt Mortuary - Houston on Jan. 16, 2026.
On November 22, 1977at 5:01 am, Eugene Alfred Bradley Jr. was born in Heidelberg, Germany to Rev. Eugene Alfred Bradley Sr. and Stephanie Ann Bradley. He was the only son born, he has two sister, the oldest LaChandra Shantae Bradley and the youngest Kimberly Michelle Bradley. Eugene was raised and grew up traveling all over due to his father being in the US Army. He attended his first school at Woods Kindergarten under the leader ship of Mrs. Wood and Ms. Bulter. As time went on as he grew up, he attended different schools, in Houston, Kentucky, Nuremburg Germany, Ansbach Germany, Fort Hood in Killeen, TX and Jones High School. Although he never liked going to school, he always made the honor roll. He loved to draw and build things. Never a dull moment with him. He was Baptized by Rev. O.B. Brown

at Bibleway Baptist Church and sung in the youth choir. He leaves to mourn a wife, Alexis Bradley, a beautiful daughter Chasidy Monae Bradley (Cash Money by her GG). Also a beautiful stepdaughter Kennedy Jackson and his cherished granddaughter Keh'lani Smith; his father-in-law Clarence Celestine, who accepted Gene as his son; although she's no longer here, his mother-in-law Sue-Sue loved him as well and he loved them both as well as his brothers-in-law James Derrow and Claodre Clestine; sisters-in-law Erica Porter & McKendra CelestineGene was a very humble person, well loved by everyone who knew him or came in contact with him. He was never judgmental. If he could help anyone, he would. No matter how mad he'd get with anyone, he would still consider them a friend. He will be well missed by his sisters, nephews, Steven, Stephaun, Torrey, Tyrone Jr. Jaiven, Triston, Lavon, Kevaun; Nieces: LaJainise, TyRhianan Oveal; Cousins: OurBurr and Bradley Family and most of all his cousin Ryan Smith, more like a brother to him and his cousin Jamal Locks. And, his favorite uncle Charlie, who always kept him laughing and happy.
