Eugene "Gene" J. Carda of Rapid City, passed on Aug. 29, 2025. Visitation: Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2025 from 5 to 7 p.m. Vigil at 6:30 p.m., at Kirk Funeral Home. Funeral Mass: Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Rapid City, Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2025 at 11 a.m.
