Rob Marks, age 59, of Palmer, passed away on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at his home. Memorial service will be 4 pm Thursday July 17th at Lentz Funeral Home in West Bend, with burial in the West Bend Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-4 pm Thursday at Lentz Funeral Home in West Bend. Military rites will be conducted by the Iowa Army Nation Guard and the West Bend American Legion.
Rob Eugene Marks, the son of Don and Marsha (Petersen) Marks, was born on March 24, 1966 in Minneapolis, MN. He graduated from Winnebago High School in 1984 in Winnebago, MN. He served in the U.S. Army from 1984 – 1987. Rob then attended school for Truck Driving and worked for Speedy Dump. On February 14, 2008 Rob was united in marriage with Kimberly Keeble in Pocahontas. He enjoyed gardening, guns, going to the gun range and he loved playing with his dogs.
Left to cherish Rob's memory is his wife of 17 years, Kim; mother, Marsha Anderson of Blue Earth, MN; father, Don Marks of Fairmont, MN; a sister, Ronda Bladzik of Titonka; step father, Rod Anderson of Blue Earth; nephews, Isiah Bladzik and Josh Bladzik; and great nieces, Ava & Zoey Bladzik. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Orville and Dorothy Petersen and Leslie and Wilma Marks; and an infant brother, Rodney Marks.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Rob's wife, Kim Marks.
