Gene had a strong, quiet and loving presence. Just days before he passed to his next life, I got a hug and condolences on the recent loss of my mother.
Gene, a faithful servant of God and our church, may you rest in peace forever with the family and friends who passed on before you. To his family, we send our love and share in your sadness.

Gene was a great guy and a privilege to know him and call him a friend.

So sorry for your loss. Gene was a valued volunteer at DuPage Foundation. He was a class act introduced to me at the Foundation by another class act, Joe Lizzadro. Gene always had a smile and a kind word ready for me. We so appreciated him sharing his business acumen. He was also an excellent member of the Foundation's Grant Committee, discerning where limited dollars would make the biggest impact. May God rest his soul and let perpetual light shine upon him.
