Eugene Patrylak

It is with profound sorrow and a deep sense of loss that the family of Eugene "Gene" Patrylak announces that on May 5, 2022, after a long and difficult battle with cancer, our beloved husband, father, brother and uncle has died at the age 67.
Eugene was born November 24, 1954, in Philadelphia, PA. He attended St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic School, Central High School and Temple University. He enlisted in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era and was genuinely proud to have served his country. Gene was a caring and loyal friend to all who knew him; he had a wonderful sense of humor – even when facing his own demise. Gene died having led a full life without regret and to the end cared that those around him felt safe and secure.
Eugene will be greatly missed by his wife, Linda and their son, Jesse and by his brother, Stephen his wife, Larissa and their children Erica and Nicholas. He was predeceased by his parents Wolodymyr (Walter) and Irene and his brothers Jaroslaw (Jerry) and Bohdan (Bobby).

There will be no services at this time. Private cremation has been entrusted to the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home, Inc. and Cremation Service, 23 N. 9th Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360.
