Eugene "Tigger" John Raschig, 83, passed away peacefully on August 11, 2025, in Safety Harbor, Florida. Born on August 17, 1941, Eugene lived a full and vibrant life marked by his service, laughter, and deep devotion to his family and friends.

Eugene proudly served his country in the United States Navy, carrying with him the values of honor, loyalty, and dedication throughout his life. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 41 years, Barbra, who passed away in 2007. Together they built a life filled with love, warmth, and treasured memories.

He is survived by his daughter, Dawn Lewis (née Raschig) and her husband, Dan Lewis; and his grandson, David, who cherished spending time with his "Grand'paw" and will forever remember his playful spirit. Eugene will always be remembered for his colorful shirts, white linen pants, and the joy he brought into every room. He was deeply loved by many and will be missed beyond measure.

A special and heartfelt thank you goes to his best friend and as close to a brother as you could get, Chuck, whose unwavering support and steadfast friendship were a cornerstone in Eugene's life. A Celebration of Life service will be held on August 30, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Cypress Meadows Church in Safety Harbor, Florida. Eugene's kindness, humor, and generous heart touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. His legacy of love, service, and joy will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
