Evangelist Eunice Nadine McClain Clemmons, 88, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at her residence in Old Hickory, TN.
She was preceded in death by two loving parents, Deacon Richard Lee and Mother Bertha Mai Bender McClain, and Daughters, Wallicia Annette Rhodes & Barnzetta Tearra Williams.
She leaves to cherish her memory a very devoted husband, Deacon Fredrick Elvin Clemmons; Caring Sons, Dwayne (Donna) Clemmons, Jared (Matthew) Clemmons-Mitchell, Brian (Vonnesezetta) Clemmons; Faithful Grandchildren, Derrick (Conswella) Rhodes, Tavanna Rhodes, Briana & Brittany Clemmons, and Lisa Brooks; and a host of great grandchildren; Lifelong sister/friend, Rev. Dr. Edith Winters Kimbrough; Brother-in-Law, Ozell Clemmons; Sister-in-Law, Wallicia (Charles) Covington; and a host of loving nephews, nieces, relatives, and friends.

Sincere condolences to the family. Mrs. Clemmons was my home economics teacher at Meigs High School in the '60's. She taught the class how to make my first apron and those skills continue to this day.
