Published by Legacy on Sep. 3, 2025.
Eunice Marie Krenke, age 95, of Isles of Capri, Naples, Florida, formerly of Port Huron, Michigan, passed away peacefully on September 3, 2025, surrounded by her loving family, with her devoted husband Howard holding her hand.

Eunice and Howard were married for over 75 wonderful years -alifelong love that began in high school and endured through decades of joy, adventure, and deep connection. Born on August 28, 1930, in Port Huron, Michigan, Eunice graduated from Port Huron High School, where she met the love of her life. Together, she and Howard built a family rooted in love, laughter, and cherished traditions. Eunice was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and aunt, whose presence lit up every room she entered. She was known for her quick wit, sharp mind, and generous heart. Her love of family was unwavering, and her home was the gathering place for countless holiday celebrations filled with warmth and joy. A talented artist with a keen eye for color and design, Eunice found joy in painting and drawing, even selling a few of her works over the years. Her creativity extended to her impeccably kept home, which reflected her pride and aesthetic touch. Howard fondly recalls her as a "snappy dresser"- always stylish, always standing out in a crowd. Eunice had a zest for life and loved spending time with Howard, whether attending concerts and shows or traveling across the United States and Europe. Their bond was one of true companionship and deep mutual admiration. She is survived her loving husband Howard; daughter Linda (Ron) Oneski; son Philip (Sue) Krenke; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her beloved son Paul Krenke. Cremation has taken place, and a celebration of life will be announced at a later date. Eunice's grace, humor, and deep love for those around her will be missed by all who knew her - but her spirit will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
