Eunice Monson Obituary
Eunice was born on May 22, 1929 the daughter of Paul and Laura Carlson of Center City, MN. Eunice married her former husband Donald S. Monson on May 5, 1949 and were blessed with five children. She was a homemaker for many years, with a penchant for pie making and a gift for sewing. She had a passion for music, was a talented pianist and enjoyed a career with Musicland. Eunice was a devoted Christian at First Lutheran Church of Crystal where she played piano for the Sunday School program. She enjoyed spending time outdoors and was particularly fond of boating.
Eunice is survived by children; Terrence "Terry" Monson, Randall "Randy" Monson, Candice "Candy" Monson, Debra "Debbie" Villalta, and Shelley (Patrick) Walker; many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren; and sister Sharon Carlson. Eunice was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Betty Hewson, and former husband Donald Monson.
Funeral services will be held on 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 4, 2025 at Chisago Lake Lutheran Church in Center City. Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service at church on Friday. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery in Center City.
