Remembering the Life of Eva Temisha Ames Patrick
Eva Temisha Ames Patrick was born on February 13, 1976, in Goldsboro, North Carolina. She was the beloved daughter of Sharon Ames McClinton and Michael Sample and was lovingly raised by Eva Mae Ames and Charles Wright, both of whom preceded her in death.
Eva departed this life on December 22, 2025, at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional Hospital in Salisbury, Maryland, leaving behind a legacy of love, strength, and unwavering devotion to her family.
She received her education through the public school system in New York and attended Andrew Jack-son High School in Queens, New York. Eva was a housewife who remained deeply devoted to her family no matter how her health was affecting her, always placing the needs and well-being of her loved ones first.
Eva was united in marriage to Robert Patrick, Sr., with whom she shared a loving life together. In her quiet moments, Eva found comfort and enjoyment in watching her favorite television shows, especially Knight Rider and Heart to Heart.
Eva was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, her firstborn, Keanna Patrick; and her stepfather, David McClinton.
She leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband, Robert Patrick, Sr.; her children, Deanna Pat-rick, Kiara Patrick, and Robert Patrick, Jr.; and her cherished grandchild, Dyliyah Terry. She is also survived by her siblings, Micheal Sample, Kevin Cropper, and Kentoya Sample; her aunts, Helen Davis and Laura Umphrey; her uncle, George William Ames; and her in-laws, Evelyn Patrick, Darren Patrick, Carolyn Patrick, Jacklyn Johnson, Jason Patrick, and Anita Patrick. Eva also leaves behind her god-mothers, Edwina Twilley and Clara Shamburger, along with a host of extended family members, loved ones, and friends who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts.
Eva Temisha Ames Patrick will be remembered for her quiet strength, enduring love, and steadfast commitment to her family.
