I had the pleasure of working with Randy at Empeople Credit Union. He was the absolute best because he cared. He cared about his work, our staff, members, he genuinely just cared about it all. If he accidently called me Maam, he agreed I could call him Randall (even though its not his name!!). He signed on after hours to help me multiple times, and always was a joy to joke around with. One of the best humans that I've ever had the pleasure of meeting!

I had the privilege of working closely with Randy on many projects at Empeople Credit Union. He took on complex programming challenges that helped simplify and improve our overall processes. What stood out even more was his willingness to take the time to teach me what he was doing rather than simply doing the work himself. His patience and generosity with his knowledge made a lasting impact.
Beyond his talent, Randy was a joy to be around - down to earth, witty, and genuinely funny, always able to bring a smile to the room. He was a true pleasure to know and work with. My heartfelt condolences go out to his family and loved ones on the loss of such a remarkable human being. Rest in peace, my friend.

I had the pleasure to work directly with Randy on many projects at Empeople Credit Union. Randy embraced the difficult programming that would simply our overall processes. But more importantly, he was a joy to talk to. Great guy, down to earth, a pleasure to get to know. I just wish I could have met him in person. RIP Randy. Miss you friend.

Randy was always patient with the array of should-be-impossible requests I asked him, but he made them work and always had an attitude to serve the teams he worked with. I spoke to him on Friday and feel fortunate now that I had the chance. He'll be very missed by all of us here, and we are sending our heartfelt condolences to his family on such a loss.

Working with Randy was such a pleasure. The biggest reason was because he truly cared about how his work would affect those who used it. Always happy and a bright spot of your day. A great guy taken too soon. He will be truly missed.

I worked with Randy at Empeople. Always the jokester. He captured a less than flattering screen shot of me and wasn´t afraid to use it. All in good fun. Randy will be missed by his work family.

I´ll miss joking with you about camel case and all our other conversations. Hope you are at peace now, my friend.
