Evan is survived by his mother, Michele Kelley (Jimmy Bowlen), father, James (Christy) Kelley, fiance, Bristi Stewart, fiance's parents, Natalie (Stewart) and Larry Kirkman, maternal grandparents, John and Jane (Hendricks) Burks, paternal grandparents, Bob and Lisa (Spencer) Kelley, Teresa (Freeman) and John Strong, Deborah (White) and Everett Porter, great-grandparents, Paul and Carol (Ellett) Miller, siblings, Calvin L. Kelley, Jalen E. Kelley, Kaitlyn D. Cazee, aunts and uncles, Christy (Brandon) Butcher, Danyelle (Josh) Ballmer, Leslie (Michael) Jones, Tom (Mandy) Yuk, Shane (Christina) Willen, Samantha Carver, Eric (Jessica) Porter, and many extended family members and countless friends.
Funeral services will be 7:00 PM, Friday, July 29, 2022 at the West & Parrish & Pedigo Funeral Home, 105 North Montgomery Street, Spencer. Derek Morgan will officiate.
Visitation will be 2:00 PM until the time of service at 7:00 PM at the funeral home.

I can't believe it has been 3 years, but it only seems like yesterday that I sat next to you at Mamaw and Papaw Millers and we talked mostly about your phone and other things and looked at pictures. I believe that was on Mother's Day. We were there to visit your mamaw (my mom). I miss your smiling face.
