I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.

She was born on January 7, 1950 to the late Elder James and Mary Jane Fizer in Detroit, MI. She married Robert Draper on January 4, 1969, in Detroit, MI. In January 2020, she retired from Copperas Cove ISD. She remained at Mae Stevens for over 20 years because of her love for the students and her relationships with her fellow employees.
She devoted her life to serving God and was an ordained Evangelist. Our amazing Mom was a woman of love, wisdom, strength and faithfulness and she shared these gifts with all she encountered. We knew whenever we went anywhere with our Mom that we will be there for a while because she never met a stranger.
Delores Draper was preceded in death by both of her parents, brothers, Bobby Fizer, Johnny Fizer, Kosegin Fizer, and sister, Marilyn Love.
Delores Draper is survived by her husband, Robert Draper; Her daughters, Rachel Draper-Marion and her daughter, Lydia; Deanna and Randy Stoneroad and their sons, Randy II and Chandler; Jacqueline Draper and Paul Reynolds and their son, Noah; Felicia and Joseph Torrez and their daughters, Adrianna and Elicia, and their sons, Javier and Xavier; Her sons Robert Draper Jr and Yanira Lopez and his daughter, Madison and his son, Robert III; Anthony Draper and his daughters, Keara, Aaliyah, Imani, Jasmine, and London.
