Eve Marie (Seelig) Kreiner, of Mounds View, MN, passed away peacefully at home on October 2nd, 2025, at the age of 38. She is now at peace in the arms of her Lord.
As a youth and young adult she was involved in Children's Hospital Youth Advisory Council, Net Ministries, and Catholic ministries at Saint Scholastica College in Duluth, MN. Growing up at The Church of Saint John the Baptist in Hugo, MN, Eve was active as an Altar Server, Lector and Musician (along with her siblings) playing the oboe. She was active for many years as a Camp Counselor for Girl Scouts, Camp Friendship and Camp Needlepoint. As an adult she was a Red Cross ambassador, Head Election Judge in Hugo, MN, and was very involved in support groups for a variety of medical conditions. Eve was loved very much by her family and friends. She loved to cook and explore new recipes to share with those she loved.

(Christopher) Hill (née Seelig) and Celton B. Seelig; her uncles: David M. (Kristine) Sladek and Bruce K. (Christine) Seelig; her aunt, Katherine J. Polaschek (née Sladek); and her nephews and niece, Gideon V. Hill, Henrietta R. Hill, Theodore H. Hill and Broderick M. Hill.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Donald F. Sladek, Genevieve A. Sladek (née Minar), and John L. Seelig; and her uncle, Brandan M. Seelig.

The funeral will be livestreamed via the St. Genevieve Parish Facebook page (details can be found on the parish website).
We are so grateful for the many people, family and friends that enriched her life and in turn were also enriched. We were all blessed by all that was Eve.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to ADA/Camp Needlepoint.
