Evelyn was proceeded in death by her parents, husband James Oliver Eubank, two sons, Reese Lee and Charles Horton Eubank; brother, Franklin; and five sisters, Ruby, Pearl, Mabel, Grace and Charlotte.
She leaves to cherish her memory daughter, Patricia Ann and a sister, Beatrice.
Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) entrusted with burial at Valley Forge Memorial Gardens in King of Prussia, PA with local assistance by The Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory, Bridgeport, PA
